Email Signatures

At the end of email messages, its common for people to include a short message called a signature. The primary purpose of an email signature is to let people know who you are and how to contact you. If you're really, really important, your email recipients had better already know that. Many signatures have utilitarian information such as a persons name, email address and phone number. Many people become quite creative with their signatures over the years and some of the worlds best signatures have been collected on the Coolsig website. The signatures there are free to read and use. SiteProNews, a Web magazine for Webmasters, says that's a great idea, arguing that your email signature should be a mini-advertisement for your company. So grab a Coolsig, and add it to your email. If you're not sure how to add a signature file to your email click here
