Real estate can be a great career for people who like to work independently and are good at sales. If you are looking for a part time job that has a high commission payout then real estate is the job for you. Getting a real estate college degree is really an investment in your real estate career because it will help you achieve more and go further within the industry. If you are already working in real estate then you have probably realized that having a real estate degree is a great way to set yourself apart from the thousands of other real estate agents. Experience is great but education is also important to even if you have experience in real estate you can benefit from getting a real estate college degree. Nouveau Riche University is a marketing business that encourages and monetarily incentivizes its members to use high-pressure sales tactics to sell a highly expensive real estate “education” package with questionable value to unsophisticated people with the lure of quick money and unlimited riches in real estate. Success in Nouveau Riche University is highly dependent on a booming real estate market and a unique talent in sales and marketing.

What makes Nouveau Riche University so insidious is that it plays on the fear and greed of ordinary people, often friends and family, most of whom will go bankrupt by following Nouveau Riche University investment strategies during a severe and sustained real estate down turn such as the one we are experiencing now, and most of whom will fail in selling the tuition package because they lack the sales and marketing expertise, which is further exacerbated by a declining real estate market. Taken as whole, Nouveau Riche University may be perfectly legal, but many people will feel like they were cheated out of thousands of dollars by someone they trusted. If after reading this, you are still interested then by all means sign up. But just be prepared to live with it if at some point you find yourself either financially bankrupt, morally bankrupt, or even worse, both.

Keywords?

Once we get past the initial obstacles in our path to success we only find ourselves faced with even more obstacles. They are just a little more advanced. One of the most misunderstood aspects of internet marketing is keyword selection or keyword research. This is the process of deciding which keywords you will target with your blog.

Keywords are what searchers type into Google (or some other search engine) in order to find the information they are seeking. The problem with top level keywords is that they are extremely tough and frankly out of reach for most newbies.

On the other hand a 'long tail' keyword is actually more like a phrase. Something like "musical instruments for sale in Malaysia" is a long tail keyword. These are the kinds of keywords a newbie should target. They have much less competition because they have much less traffic. Yet that is exactly what make long tail keywords a practical choice. It is relatively easy to score a page one ranking for a long tail, and the longer the better!

It is not just about targeting the easiest and longest keyphrases but instead targeting keyphrases that are 'buyers' keyphrases. Tell me, what kind of traffic would you prefer at your site which sells gardening tools? Traffic that comes from people searching "gardening" or traffic that comes from people searching for, "cheap gardening tools"...if you picked the latter then you would be picking the money keyword.

The more specific the search, the more ready the buyer is. They have already done their research and are ready to purchase. Words like cheap, discount and any geo targeted search are almost always money searches. By money searches I mean the folks doing the searching have their credit card in their hands and are fully intending to buy.
