RSS or Really Simple Syndication was the first technology developed that allow user to select and choose certain message or news that they feel are suitable for them and have that chosen content of text or particular subject sent to their computers by internet.
RSS is sent to a feed reader where all the updates that they have requested display in one place. This technology has been around quite a while and is increasingly expand beyond the bloggers and newshound who first embraced or used it.
